If it does not have 2 Navigation and Astrophysics aboard, and does not have SHIELDS > 11, that ship is damaged and "stopped". Discard dilemma, even if no ship is damaged. If the ship attempting the mission is not damaged, it is not "stopped" and the crew must continue to the next dilemma. |
