Major Rakal's Dilemma Facts

Randomly select half of AT, rounding up, to be killed. If you have any phasers, disruptors, or unselected Borg present, each may "protect" one selected personnel (your choice). Unprotected selected personnel die. Rest of AT is not "stopped" and must continue to next dilemma. Discard dilemma.
