This ship will give your warbird fleet an extra edge. For the same staffing icon cost as a standard universal D’deridex, you get 1 extra RANGE and WEAPONS and 2 extra SHIELDS, for 9-10-9 total. The one extra requirement to keep the ship at this high-performance level is Tal Shiar skill aboard, but with five Tal Shiar personnel available to the Romulans now, you can afford to keep several advanced ships (yes, they're universal) at peak efficiency. It will even allow you to play Romulan Ambush as though it were the standard D'deridex. Combos:
