This mission can be a solid 35-point basis for a deck for any of three affiliations. One of a number of recent missions to give V.I.P.s something to do besides opening diplomatic relations, its Diplomacy x2 and V.I.P. x3 requirements will be easiest for the Dominion and the Bajorans to meet. Most Vortas are V.I.P.s and most have Diplomacy; the Bajorans likewise are heavy on V.I.P.s, thougb their Diplomacy isn't concentrated quite so heavily in that classification. The Cardassians will find the combination a little more difficult to put together. One SECURITY is a snap for any affiliation (would you be attempting a planet mission these days without several?). The System 5 Disruptors download will do little for the Dominion (unless they manage to report a Xepolite Freighter in the Alpha Quadrant), but can be a nice bonus for the Bajorans or Cardassians.
