Brainwash never got quite as much use as you would expect. Not only would the random captive probably not have skills that were useful to you (so what would you do with him?), it could be mighty inconvenient to have your opponent Kevin the Brainwash during a mission attempt. This event takes care of both problems nicely by first making Brainwash immune to Kevin Uxbridge, and then letting the Brainwashed captive infiltrate his own affiliation. E-Band Emissions itself will be protected from Kevin if you have Kell, Taibak or Entek in play. Combo:
