This card will be a major boost to an aggressive Dominion battle strategy. First, it gets you past the major hurdle of finding a way from the Gamma Quadrant to the Alpha, by allowing you to download Bajoran Wormhole. Next it gives you a quick and easy base of operations for your Alpha Quadrant mayhem, with a download of Remote Supply Depot. You get two equipment cards as well, perhaps some White for your Jem'Hadar soldiers or Jem’Hadar Disruptor Rifles or Kar’takins to arm them. Last, but certainly not least, Ultimatum allows the Dominion to pursue an effective, true-to-the-series way of scoring points: blowing up opposing ships. The average ship's highest printed attribute runs between 7 and 9, with several often-played ships reaching the low teens... and of course the Borg affiliation Cubes offer a 24-point Ultimatum bonus in addition to their printed one.
