Birta is a Ferengi of subtle stature. By himself, he is not "all that and a bag of chips," but is better off complementing the skills of other Ferengi in his Away Team or crew. While the Ferengi as a whole are lightly lacking in Diplomacy, Birta can waltz out of the shadows to help them get past those irritating Q-Nets that dot the spaceline, or to help pass that Shaka, When the Walls Fell that is in your way. His Anthropology can help to pass a few planet dilemmas as well as help complete some of the more obscure missions, and SECURITY is always a good skill to have in multiples, between the threat of Captured and Berserk Changeling. He can also serve to be a nuisance to your opponent by downloading Hail and stopping a passing ship from further movement that turn. Since he is able to do this from a facility as well as a ship, the chances of this opportunity arising will be very common. Combos:
