The Romulan who refused to pollute his body with Klingon ribosomes will make a fine addition to any Romulan space-oriented deck. Stellar Cartography and Physics are both useful mission-solving skills, and Navigation is frequently needed in multiples for passing dilemmas. His OFFICER classification is in surprisingly short supply with the introduction of so many good Romulan V.I.P.s, so you may be very glad to have him when you hit Crisis or Maglock. The last unique premiere Romulan ship finally has its matching commander, and even if you don't bother with Captain’s Log, just take Bochra aboard with him for instant ship attribute enhancements.
