How could we have Keras, "The Romulan Commander," without the ship he commanded? The very first Romulan ship seen in Star Trek, named the Gal Gath’thong after the firefalls on Romulus, sports the prototype cloaking device. While it's the slowest Romulan ship available, with so-so SHIELDS of 6, its WEAPONS are respectable at 7, and RANGE and SHIELDS are easy to enhance with Plasmadyne Relays. All of its attributes can of course be boosted by Keras with Captain’s Log and Defiant Dedication Plaque. And you won't even need a Ready Room Door to download Keras - just use the special download of any Romulan [OS] personnel, who will also fulfill the staffing requirement of just one [AU] icon.
