One of the first nemeses our beloved Voyager crew encountered in the secluded Delta Quadrant packs quite a punch. His set of skills will undoubtedly make him an essential addition to many a Kazon deck. Let's also not forget the flexibility The Kazon Collective provides - getting that Transporter Control Module isn't necessarily the only reason why you'd want to see him on the bridge of Voyager. While skills like Leadership, Diplomacy, and ENGINEER will be key in busting many of the "standard" dilemmas you'll encounter in the Voyager-only environment, such as Aggressive Behavior and Astral Eddy, skills like Treachery, Greed, and Archeology make him a prime pick to pass more obscure and unusual dilemmas rampant in the full environment and to land you those points when you actually get around to solving the mission. One of the few [DQ] personnel with Greed, he'll crack Salvage Operation all by himself for the full 40 points. Acquire Technology and Ambush Ship are also right up his alley and and of course then there's Kazon Conference. Matching commander of the flexible and versatile Kazon Raider, he'll justify every bit of his ruthless reputation. Trouble's round the bend when that armada starts launching those pods and Culluh goes for his Boarding Party special download. When those intruders are up to no good, nothing is safe and you stand to lose more than you think. The bonus points might be all your opponent needs to put them over the top. Combos:
