One of the two Ferengi trapped in the Delta Quadrant after the failure of negotiations for the Barzan Wormhole rights, Dr. Arridor can be equally useful to your deck on either end of that unstable wormhole. In the Delta Quadrant, his MEDICAL classification and Exobiology, Anthropology, and Physics skills will help you plow through dilemmas an mission requirements. He's one of only three sources of Acquisition in the Voyager environment and thus excellent for helping to solve Acquire Technology (his Physics helps there, too). And neither his treaty-less Ferengi affiliation nor his lack of a Delta Quadrant icon are any hindrance to including him in your Voyager deck, thanks to Temporal Micro-Wormhole. Back in the Alpha Quadrant, that MEDICAL and Exobiology will be an even more welcome sight in your Ferengi deck, where both are in rather short supply. And if you're playing with a few of the Rules of Acquisition, why, you can't have too much Acquisition on hand. Combos:
