Seska's security aide has a fairly routine set of regular skills - SECURITY classification, plus the Navigation and Stellar Cartography you'll need for so many dilemmas, and the fairly unusual (for a Kazon) Honor. As a Kazon-Nistrim, he can play for free if you have Culluh in play. But his special download is what makes him stand out as the man to take on a boarding party. In the show, Tierna went on a suicide mission to help the Kazon-Nistrim take over Voyager. In the game, he can help your Kazon do the same, by setting off a Kazon Bomb to kill the weaker personnel aboard the ship he boards, or even on a planet if you can trap your opponent's Away Team there. Unlike most special downloads (which play anywhere at the downloader's location), this one must play where Tierna is physically present; since his own printed STRENGTH is 6, he dies too. Of course, the Bomb only goes off if its conditions are met, so you'll need either to keep careful track of who your opponent has in that crew or Away Team, or play some card that will allow you to look at the personnel first.
