So you're throwing a party? You send out the invitations, people RSVP back and then the night of the event, your celebration is interrupted by party crashers - people you didn't invite. Well, in the game of Star Trek there's a way to prevent your opponent from overloading a mission attempt and his name is The Clown. With the 'My Festival' dilemma you can limit the number of personnel that will hit subsequent dilemmas to a number between the lowest and highest INTEGRITY present. As of The Borg expansion there were fewer than 35 personnel out of the hundreds in the game that have INTEGRITY of 9 or more AND less than 50 personnel (the majority of whom are Non-Aligned) that have INTEGRITY 2 or less. Therefore, most of the time your opponent will get through this dilemma with a crew or Away Team between three and eight personnel. Set up your dilemma combos so that nasty consquences will occur to opponent's personnel if they don't have requirements after getting through the Clown. A small Away Team or crew might be hurt by a number of dilemmas. You could control your opponent's personnel with Alien Parasites (then blow up the opponent's ship you control with Auto-Destruct Sequence). A Hull Breach could kill up to two personnel, a Misguided Activist might kill a V.I.P. or [Cmd] personnel, and a Trabe Grenade might kill a personnel with SECURITY or Leadership - and the mission continues with all three of those dilemmas; or you might get to rearrange the spaceline if your opponent can't get past Q. Combos:
