The Romulans acquired only three personnel in the Q-Continuum expansion, but every one of them was a valuable addition to the affiliation. Sirol starts off with Tomalak's OFFICER-Diplomacy-Leadership combination, with the Diplomacy being the most useful skill, both for dilemmas and missions. Then he adds Navigation (better not leave your outpost without it), Treachery (so he can help solve at least half the Romulan missions) and ENGINEER (dual personnel types always make good sense for card economy). His INTEGRITY of 7 is icing on the cake. Top off with his matching commander status for the Terix (QC), and you have a personnel with a well-earned place in any Romulan deck. Combo:
