Since Premiere, Dr. Reyga has been a mainstay in Romulan and Klingon space decks both for his Astrophysics and Stellar Cartography (sorely lacking from those affiliations until later expansions) and for the card economy provided by his dual personnel types of SCIENCE and ENGINEER. His INTEGRITY of 6 is most welcome by the Romulans and CUNNING of 9 by the Klingons. Even Dr. Telek R’Mor couldn't displace the little Ferengi, only relegating him to an important backup status. With the debut of the Ferengi affiliation in Rules of Acquisition, Dr. Reyga is no less useful despite his slightly "off-spec" border color. He can help you purchase a moon, collect samples or do market research, or any of the variety of space missions that you can bribe your way into. Combo:
