It has slightly lower weapons that the original universal Runabout, but the U.S.S. Danube has a nice bonus to make up for it - it reports free to any Docking Pads. (That is Docking Pads, not Runabout Pads, in the first errata announced for the Deep Space Nine expansion.) No Federation ship is cheaper to report or easier to staff. It's perfect for a Federation alliance with the Bajorans or Cardassians. Combo:
