Rule notes

Official Runlings:

This ship can report to any location, in either quadrant, or to a time location. It may report to a facility, but cannot avoid being damaged. If your opponent is using a Battle Bridge side deck, he applies default damage (two damage markers) when you report the ship. If reported with crew via Space-Time Portal, damage is applied to the ship before the crew is reported aboard (no casulaties will occur).
