A 40-point mission that should be a breeze for Cardassians to solve. They have no lack of personnel without Honor, the STRENGTH can be provided by anyone (you'll need about 6 personnel on average unless you use a Disruptor Rifle), and while SECURITY x3 + Obsidian Order shouldn't prove difficult, an even easier solution is to use Madred. As a Gul he can report for free at Central Command, and this mission gives him a way to use the Obsidian Order "skill" that's implied in his lore but not printed in his skills box. Just watch out for mission thieves; with only one affiliation icon and worth 40 points, it's not protected by either HQ: Defensive Measures or Fair Play. And while other affiliations may not have Obsidian Order skill, anyone can use the Non-Aligned Madred in an Espionage attempt. Combo:
