From the Next Generation episode that first introduced the Cardassians to Star Trek, "The Wounded," we get a fine addition to the Cardassian ranks. Diplomacy and Honor are in relatively short supply for this affiliation, and his INTEGRITY of 8 is outstanding for a Cardassian. He's also a good source of MEDICAL skill who can be reported or downloaded to a Nor with Ops, even if you have no Infirmary, or even reported for free at Central Command (he's a Gul). Combos:
