O達rien Founder provides a double helping of ENGINEER, a skill in remarkably short supply in the Dominion, and the only Dominion source of that classification. His infiltrator icon lets you play Espionage on Federation for free - and with so many Federation missions requiring multiple ENGINEERs, he'll be just as worthwhile for solving the mission (after passing any of the numerous dilemmas requiring 2 ENGINEER). Add that to his ability to infiltrate a Federation opponent, installing autonomic systems parasites or hitching a free ride to a mission to Espionage, and you have a highly useful changeling. Combo:
