Here's another Bajoran personnel you'll definitely want helping to defend your Colony. As a CIVILIAN, he's of course worth 2 points per turn at a Colony. Meanwhile, he reduces the STRENGTH of all opposing personnel present by 1, and has Leadership to allow you to initiate battle. Even in a more conventional mission solving deck, his SCIENCE skill (along with the Leadership) will probably prove very useful. Combos:
