As a CIVILIAN she can earn you 2 points each turn at a Colony, while her Music skill can save your ship from a Crystalline Entity at a space mission and give you 5 points from a Ressikan Flute. Because she's Non-Aligned, she can help make a Flute deck possible even for the musically challenged affiliations such as the Romulans.
