Weyoun from Evan Lorentz (01/1999)

Weyoun is the Dominion's main man, the guy everyone loves to hate. In your Dominion deck, however, you'll just plain love him. He of course has Treachery and Diplomacy (though in his case, it's Diplomacy x2). Add to that Leadership, making him one of the highly valuable Dominion personnel able to initiate battle without Jem'Hadar around, great for armadas. Round it off with Law and Biology, protection against nastiness from Aphasia Device and Vendetta to Flaxian Assassin and Rascals.

Combos:

• Weyoun + Extradition: With both Law and Treachery, Weyoun is perfect to extradite one of your opponent's personnel... and as a Vorta he can ration out the White to all that Jem'Hadar SECURITY you'll want along to do it.
• Weyoun + Security Briefing + Rescue Founder + Impose Order: 100 points' worth of missions that Weyoun goes a long way toward solving. You won't need to be too particular who is along with him on your way to victory.
