The child prodigy that everyone loves to hate is actually quite an asset to a Federation deck. With Data (Prem)'s classification and three of his skills, he's a very worthwhile backup or even a replacement if Data is missing from your collection. It's hard to have too much Navigation on a ship these days, and even Youth comes in handy for a few missions. While his attributes aren't too special, add Lakanta to your crew (highly useful for his "spaceline wraparound" special skill) and Wesley jumps to 10-12-9. Granted, you risk encountering the Ktarian Game - Seize Wesley combo, or even Wesley Gets The Point. But if you consider that an acceptable risk, you may find Wesley to be the perfect Data substitute. Combos:
