At 40 points, this mission is a nice enticement into the Gamma Quadrant for the Federation, Romulans and Cardassians. The skills aren't difficult to come by; all three affiliations have universal personnel who can provide both the SCIENCE and the Stellar Cartography (and Federation and Romulans have mission specialists for the job). Computer Skill should be prevalent in almost any deck these days given the important dilemmas requiring it in multiples. Chart Stellar Cluster will fit nicely into any space-oriented deck, or provide a high-point space mission to balance the heavily planet-weighted Gamma Quadrant missions for an all-Gamma deck. Combo:
