Regenerate lovers beware... one of the favorite "crutches" of the game is taking some damage at the hands of this new incident. Players will no longer be able to casually risk personnel, planning to bring them back from the dead later by Regenerating their discard pile. An astute user of Long Live the Queen will know how to go for the throat... for example, try passing Hippocratic Oath when all your MEDICAL has been placed out of play, or winning with that Rogue Borg strategy when you lost over half your interrupts when you tried to Regenerate them! Long Live the Queen is much more than a Regenerate regulator, however. Borg players will enjoy the added protection it gives their Queen. Defense drones will now jump in to protect the Queen from being captured. More importantly, if your Queen is killed, you can download another to start over again. It may not seem like much consolation if your opponent nailed you with Alas, Poor Queen, but building up again will take half the time if you've downloaded a new Queen to start over with. Combo:
