Organian Peace Treaty from Allen Gould (07/18/2000)

The Organian Peace Treaty is a variation on the Premiere Treaty: Federation/Klingon. On the plus side, it's seedable (removing the need to burn a second seed slot on Open Diplomatic Relations). Also, it's immune to the Devil, keeping your opponent from meddling.

The price for this security is its limitation: only [OS] icon personnel get the benefits of the Organian benevolence. While this may seem a harsh limitation, players planning on a Kirk and Co. deck will welcome the extra help from their Klingon "allies".

Combos:

• Organian Peace Treaty + Deep Space Station K-7: The Klingons can benefit from the free reporting at K-7.
• Organian Peace Treaty + your Klingon and Federation [OS] cards: Most [OS] cards don't specify a specific affiliation, which lets them mesh terribly well. For instance, your Klingons can be saved by Lt. Grant's special ability. (What, you were expecting someone else?)
