This Bareil may not be a Vedek like his opposite from the Alpha Quadrant, but he has something for almost every other occasion. SECURITY makes him downloadable by Defend Homeworld. Computer Skill x2 allows the same via Quark’s Isolinear Rods. Anthropology and Biology, plus both Honor and Treachery, round out a very powerful skill set that will prove useful to both a Bajoran deck and a Klingon/Cardassian Alliance deck. Perhaps best of all, however, is Bareil's special download of any Equipment card. That's right, any Equipment card - Bareil will steal anything (although for certain cards such as the Breen CRM114 or the Stolen Cloaking Device, you'll have a restriction of some kind to adhere to). For this quick access to the Equipment card of your choice, you might even consider playing Bareil in a deck that is neither Bajoran nor Alliance. Just download him first turn and play him to a Neutral Outpost (using Crossover), then download his equipment and have the rest of your personnel pick it up. Combos:
