You may feel intimidated by James Tiberius Kirk, but you'll want "his woman" nearby in your Terran Empire deck. Marlena Moreau's well-rounded skill set is complemented nicely by her special download, giving her excellent dilemma-busting and mission-solving potential. Take a glance at any random selection of Federation missions or any handful of common dilemmas, and there's a good chance that more than one will call for something that Marlena can provide. Use her SCIENCE to help pass Scientific Method. Use her Biology to help cure an Aphasia Device or stop a Flaxian Assassin from striking. Use her Anthropology to help understand (subjugate?) a Primitive Culture. She gets even better once she uses her special download. Double her SCIENCE or Physics as needed. Give her ENGINEER if you're having trouble finding Chief Engineer Scott. Or adjust the Classic Tricorder to give her Geology, and send her off to assess some agricultural progress. Combos:
