This Melkotion re-creation of the famous lawman will find a place in almost any non-Borg deck. The first Non-Aligned source of the scarce Law skill, he'll significantly increase your chances of passing Drumhead or nullifying Framed for Murder. Non-Aligned Acquisition is in demand for non-Ferengi use of several Rules of Acquisition, and the skill allows him to report or download to Cargo Bay. His SECURITY lets you download him with Defend Homeworld, and his Non-Aligned affiliation will let you report him to any Alpha Quadrant headquarters or Nor - yours or your opponent's. Now that you have him in play, his other skills start to shine. Leadership allows him to initiate battle, or use his special download for Captured to capture that Treachery personnel present, without having to rely on a random selection. While Captured may normally be used to take a captive only during your own turn, the special download not only suspends play, but also requires you to immediately target a Treachery personnel, giving you access to an emergency capturing mechanism even during your opponent's turn.
