Atypical for her species, this lovely, adventurous young Ocampa yearned to learn of the cosmos beyond her people's Caretaker-provided subterranean enclave. She was also one of the few who actually made it out. As protege to The Doctor and keeper of the Voyager's garden, Kes naturally possesses MEDICAL, Exobiology, and Biology skills, all useful for solving a variety of Delta Quadrant missions and overcoming several Voyager-expansion dilemmas, never mind the comprehensive game context where the MEDICAL/Exobiology/Biology cluster is invaluable. She's also one of the few Delta Quadrant natives with Empathy - not in great demand in a Voyager-focused environment, perhaps, but a wonderful bonus for your Delta Quadrant-based comprehensive environment deck. Kes's special download of The Gift or Beyond the Subatomic could prove very helpful in an emergency. Both cards have their costs, and of course the special download is once per game, so use this resource carefully. Nevertheless, if you're in a jam, needing your ship elsewhere at a crucial moment or needing that critical counter card, Kes is just the person to make it happen for you. Combos:
