Ever had the flu lately? Multiply that a few thousand times and you'll be experiencing the Macrovirus. "Opponent's choice" dilemmas make great combos. If there are ties for either lowest STRENGTH or CUNNING you may have more than two to choose from. For example, against Borg you virtually have your pick of the lot. Take out the Interlink just before the ship encounters a killer dilemma. Gee, only one Biology? I'll take that. Quarantining the ship (with subsequent or previous dilemmas) can make curing Macrovirus more difficult. Follow with Cytherians to kill the entire crew before they reach the other side. Combos:
