Neelix. Some fans love him, some love to hate him, but whether or not you like his character in Star Trek: Voyager, you're likely to find a place for him in your Delta Quadrant based deck. He is known more for his "interesting" cooking and cheery disposition; however, he possesses a mixed bag of skills that can be useful in a wide variety of situations. He is both Federation and Non-Aligned which means you can mix him with any affiliation. He is truly a "jack-of-all-trades," with a combination of ENGINEER and Navigation to help with space dilemmas and missions, Geology to help with planet dilemmas and missions, and Anthropology and Diplomacy to help with a variety of dilemmas and missions for both space and planets. His cooking ability even comes in handy. He is great for filling in those missing skills in your dilemma-busting and mission-solving arsenals. Combos:
