While low in point value, this mission may be just what you need to bring your mission points to 50 (so you can earn bonus points without running afoul of Intermix Ratio), to satisfy the [P] mission requirement of The Big Picture, or to solve without a Full Planet Scan to enable your Council of Warriors. After all, how many tough dilemmas will your opponent dare to dedicate to a 15-point mission? Klingons can boost the point value by 5 with mission specialist Kromm, and any non-Federation player can get an extra 10 points if he has completed Hero of the Empire. And while the mission has an added Bajoran icon (easy pickings for Li Nalas, Shakaar Edon, Tora Ziyal, or several other Bajoran geologists), it's also readily available to the Cardassians and Ferengi for setting up a Forced-Labor Camp.
