Not a large assortment of skills, but what counts is that Exobiology x2. He can singlehandedly provide all the Exobiology you need to cure Garak Has Some Issues and pass Odo (DS9)'s "Cousin." Of course, he breezes by Coalescent Organism, Zaldan and DNA Clues.
