Each VR Headset aboard your Affiliation Dominion ship allows one Vorta, Jem'Hadar, or Cardassian present to enhance WEAPONS and SHIELDS +1 and (if Vorta) to serve as matching commander.

(Reason: download Remote Supply Depot with up to two Equipment cards if your have a Affiliation Dominion ENGINEER at any Mission Dominion mission in Alpha Quadrant.

Secret Compartment

Timing - each turn  Frequency - no restriction 

(Reason: download up to two Equipment cards if you have Acquisition present on a ship or facility that is controlled by opponent and you probe successfully.
Location: to ship or facility where you have played Secret Compartment at any quadrant.

Rule notes

Official Runlings:

This Equipment card aboard your Affiliation Dominion ship does not allow you to download a Vorta as its matching commander using Ready Room Door. The Vorta is not the matching commander until he is present with the VR Headset.
