The first new mission specialist to be seen for a while, Atul gives you an alternative Klingon SECURITY to be downloaded with Assign Mission Specialists (the two existing ones are clones of each other except for their names, having exactly the same attributes and the uninspiring - and readily available on other mission specialists - skill of Honor). With lower INTEGRITY but considerably better-than-average CUNNING (for a Klingon), his Klingon Intelligence skill will net you extra points for solving Espionage Mission and lets him act as a battle leader with HQ: Defensive Measures. (But watch out for your timing - while that objective is in play, he's no longer a mission specialist, so don't try to solve Espionage Mission till it times out.) Combo:
