This dilemma can pack a very powerful punch because it is so random and unpredictable - neither you nor your opponent can do very much to sway the outcome. The Chandra is a potent filter, stopping all personnel who can't "mimic" an attribute of a selected personnel. Just how good can this be? Take a look at the Deep Space 9 / Terok Nor main characters of Benjamin Sisko, Julian Bashir, Jadzia Dax (DS9), Kira Nerys and Odo (DS9). If they were all in an Away Team together, at least three would be stopped by The Chandra. A look at the some of the more popular personnel for other affiliations turns up similar results. With the Cardassians Dukat, Enabran Tain, Elim Garak and Turrel, The Chandra would stop at least half of them. Among the most useful Klingons like Governor Worf, K’chiQ, Kitrik, and Martok, you can do no better. Start adding in Non-Aligned personnel with widly different attributes from your primary affiliation, and things get even more interesting. How many people will being able to mimic a selected Roga Danar? How about Lore? Combos:
