The Romulans can now take advantage of Engage Shuttle Operations on a "native" ship without needing Launch Portal to retrofit it to a scout vessel. This little shuttle beats the Federation's shuttlecraft by 1 on every stat, is comparable to the Cardassian Shuttle and considerably better than the Yridian Shuttle. Like the Cardassian Shuttle, it has a matching commander, but a far better personnel - Senator Vreenak, the Romulans' best. Add Captain’s Log for stats that surpass the Cha’Joh, or Defiant Dedication Plaque to bring it up to Scout Vessel specs. To top it off, it even has a cloaking device, so you can hide out from your opponent's attack or a Borg Ship, or take advantage of Engage Cloak. Combo:
