While there are ships with far better attributes in the Ferengi arsenal, the B'Rel carries one feature you won't find standard on the others - a cloaking device. It also has slim staffing requirements, and given that the Ferengi have upwards of a dozen leaders, you could throw together an attacking swarm deck worthy of the Klingons they bought the ships from.
