The good doctor from DS9 joins the rest of the [OS] icon team, and while at first glance, it may seem to be a watered-down version of the Julian Bashir we all know and love, you'll be pleasantly surprised at what you get here. First off, you get that [OS] icon. (Which is covered well in other card extras, so I'll spare you the details - you do read all the card extras, don't you? :) ) His CUNNING takes a bit of a dive, but it's still strong at 9. And he loses a MEDICAL - or does he? The download of Classic Medical Tricorder will let Lt. Bashir get his third MEDICAL back, to pass REM Fatigue Hallucinations. Or a second Biology, if you need to get past that Aphasia Device. Or a second Exobiology, for Garak Has Some Issues. Quite the dilemma buster, wouldn't you say? Combo:
