OK. For the rest of us, here's someone to compete with Lightner, and his "watch me pull a Type III Phaser Rifle out of my hat" act. Yint can suspend play once per game to download a disruptor rifle. Any Disruptor Rifle. And since Yint is Non-Aligned, it doesn't really matter much which Rifle you get, since he'll enable use of it for your crew or Away Team. Plus, as an arms dealer, you can use him to report the Breen CRM114, and blast your opponent's landed ships into little bitty pieces. Also, as a universal personnel, you can have as many arms dealers as you need.

For other skills, Yint's not too shabby. Transporter Skill is becoming more common, but that's just because you need so much more of it. Stellar Cartography is a nice backup for Romulan space decks, or just as an extra person to get you past a Navigational Hazards. INTEGRITY 3 will get you past In The Pale Moonlight, and his STRENGTH of 7 is misleading, since you can boost it to 10 at a moment's notice.

Combos:

  • Yint + Breen CRM114 + opponent's HQ: Yint can report to the HQ. The Breenzooka will report to Yint at the HQ. Yint and the Breenzooka make your opponent's HQ go away.
  • Yint + Bok’Nor + Boheeka: Hand Boheeka your Disruptor Rifle for a Cargo Run.
