The Komar Possession is not as lethal as some other dilemmas you might choose, but it can still do a lot of damage. Since it has a cure and no conditions, it's always going to filter two personnel out of a mission attempt when first encountered. Of course, the 3 SECURITY needed to cure it later is not terribly easy to come by, so it could be causing your opponent problems for a good while longer. Even if they try to separate the rest of their crew or Away Team from the "possessed" personnel, the "stopping" effect happens at the start of every turn. That means before an opponent has a chance to beam a group away, the Komar will first manage to stop one of them. Combo:
