This "filtering" dilemma, like Female’s Love Interest, will be useful against any affiliation except Borg. It can wreak havoc on Federation and Bajoran decks, with their excellent female personnel, by putting your best MEDICALs and Empaths, or Kira Nerys, Kai Opaka or Vedek Winn out of the running. It is equally useful as a setup to the old standby Matriarchal Society, against the affiliations less heavily endowed with good female personnel. It goes the Love Interest one better, however, by providing an opportunity to take a captive. Seed this at a planet close to your outpost and keep a SECURITY standing by with a fast ship, because you have only one turn to take the captive. Combos:
