One mission that will put you over 50 for the purposes of Intermix Ratio and passing a Dead End. Like Hunt for DNA Program, Restore Victims can reach new point value heights using Assign Mission Specialists. Three different Physics mission specialists will earn you this mission for 70 points. Using Reflection Threapy to "create" a Transporter Skill or SCIENCE mission specialist can bring victory that much closer. To top it all off, your Talaxians report here for free. While Neelix and Paxim may not be able to help Restore Victims, they are useful in many other Voyager situations. Combo:
