Here's a card that you should always include in your seed sites when playing Cardassian, whether you're planning to seed Deep Space 9 / Terok Nor (but could get shut out by a Bajoran opponent seeding DS9 first) or if you're not planning on Terok Nor at all, but your opponent might be. Regardless of the station's affiliation or ownership, whether Bajoran, Cardassian or commandeered by someone else, you can report your Obsidian Order personnel here. That gives you Elim Garak (reports for free), Enabran Tain, Entek, and Korinas. Four personnel too limited for you? If you don't control the station, you can report all your Cardassians here as long as you keep one of the "spies" on hand unopposed. Elim Garak and Enabran Tain both have Computer Skill as well, giving you a mechanism for docking your incompatible ships at the station, and more important, for commandeering Ops. And the chance to know your opponent's next draw deck card before he does could come in very handy. Combos:
