The Alpha Jem'Hadar introduced in Blaze of Glory, while quite useful, were not an entirely new addition to the game. After all, using the Jem’Hadar Birthing Chamber with Young Jem’Hadar, the Dominion has had limited reporting of personnel to the Alpha Quadrant from day one. What they lacked was a way to report ships there... until now. The Alpha Attack Ship is primed for battle in the Alpha Quadrant, evidenced by the extra unit SHIELDS it has over its Gamma counterpart.
