At long, long last, the most beautiful Arandis has come to greet us upon the shores of the gorgeous Temtibi Lagoon on the most relaxing planet in the entire galaxy, Risa. With open arms, she welcomes all affiliations (this excludes the Borg) to her wonderful planet, and by adding Non-aligned icons to the mission, it's not just the Federation who'll be able to earn 30 points from Risa's soothing spas and bubbling pools. And not only will Arandis graciously allow any affiliation to take part in Risa's wonders, but she'll even help them to complete the mission (if it can truly be called a mission) by providing all the requirements save for two: a male and a CIVILIAN. And that is beyond easy for all affiliations to come by. Although the Writ of Accountability has put a damper on the rampant abuse of the Horg'ahn, the ability to take a second turn when needed is still a powerful option. If your opponent earns the Artifact, Arandis can help you to benefit from your opponent's efforts by allowing you to use it just as if it were your own. But beware not to let Arandis get carried away as the Writ of Accountability can ruin her day just the same. In addition to all that, Arandis also has a rare and special skill. By simply seeding Risa Shore Leave, you can also seed Arandis on the planet during any round of the Seed Phase. Unlike personnel in a Cryosatellite or Mirasta Yale, she becomes an instant personnel readily accessible to the masses at the very start of the game without having to complete a mission. Only one other personnel in the game currently has a skill like hers, and is a Borg drone at that. And letŐs not forget her special download of Jamaharon.
