Wow! If B’Elanna isn't one of the best mission solvers ever made, I'd be surprised. Not only is she explicitly a requirement on a couple of missions (Prevent Annihilation and Investigate Quantum Singularity), she'll cover a number of requirements on plenty of others. And not just for the Federation either! Make her Non-Aligned, and she'll work with Vidiians and Kazon without the Sodality or Collective cards in play. Dilemmas will also take a beating from the Klingon - for one thing, she'll pass Spatial Rift alone - and both non-Federation Voyager affiliations will find a reason to use her. Transporter Skill is rare with the Kazon, for example, and Vidiians don't exactly concentrate on their ENGINEERing skills. And in a Delta Quadrant overrun with Borg, her Cybernetics will prove most useful in passing Borg Servo. Combos:
